Maintain product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience standards.
Support ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
Assist in schedule creation and labor execution to meet targets.

🎯 Requirements

1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak periods
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
