Execute core bakery ops: inventory rotation, scheduling, staffing, and admin checks
Maintain product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience
Support ordering, inventory accuracy, and shrink control
Assist in schedule creation and labor to meet operational targets

🎯 Requirements

1+ year leadership in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations
Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Ability to perform all bakery roles during peak periods
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
