Manage escalated security issues and emergencies.
Develop staff through coaching, recognition, and training.
Maintain logs and incident reports; coordinate investigations.
Ensure access control, CCTV, and visitor management procedures.

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or GED; 3 years security experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Security License if required by state; driver's license as applicable.
Read/write/speak English; bilingual is a plus.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Must maintain a working telephone number for contact.
