- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, OneNote
