📋 Description

• Front line resident services and leasing tours for prospects.
• Process leasing applications and prepare lease paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, including renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance, inspect spaces, follow up on work orders.
• Create a great move-in experience and manage move-outs/deposits.
• Lead and train the leasing team to hit goals.
