📋 Description

  • Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for Pass-through and Corporations.
  • Conduct tax research and provide well-supported recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Respond to inquiries from tax authorities; draft letters and supporting documentation.
  • Set direction of engagements and monitor time incurred against budgets.
  • Participate in client meetings and present tax concepts clearly.
  • Analyze tax laws and regulations with strong attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree; master's in taxation, EA, and/or CPA preferred.
  • Expertise in Pass-through and Corporate tax returns.
  • Strong research, writing, Excel modeling, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise, train and develop staff accountants.
