📋 Description

• Provide managerial, operational, and financial support to the GM
• Drive store sales, control shrink, and manage payroll within budget
• Execute merchandising, displays, signage; maintain cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service
• Assist GM in recruiting, training, and retaining staff

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+
• High school or equivalent
• 1-2 years leadership experience in retail or related field
• Must be able to work mornings, nights, and weekends
• Requires normal vision and color perception
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
