  • Lead day-to-day quality operations and oversee the team
  • Coach and develop Quality team members to standards

  • Implement and maintain quality systems: inspection standards, testing, and compliance
  • Drive root-cause analysis and CAPA to reduce defects and waste
  • Monitor quality performance metrics and drive data-driven improvements

  • 5+ years in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
  • Experience with QA, defect reduction, and continuous improvement across products and supply chains
  • Knowledge of quality methodologies including root cause analysis and CAPA
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Sourcing, Operations, and Sales
  • Strong analytical skills with metrics, KPIs, and trend analysis to guide decisions
  • Ability to coach and develop teams and share knowledge
