📋 Description

  • Anchor end-to-end sale execution for major monthly events from planning to post-event analysis.
  • Define critical checkpoints and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Lead sale prep: timelines, freeze windows, QC checklists, and sequences.
  • Ensure sale mechanisms and tech configurations are ready, tested, and validated.
  • Coordinate with Product, Tech, Analytics to validate triggers and dashboards.
  • Own QC before sale and drive RCA for anomalies with corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

  • MBA graduate (preferred but not compulsory).
  • 1-3 years in strategy/operations or supplier growth roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop first-principle thinking.
  • Data-driven with qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Proven ability to drive solutions and adoption in sales ops.
