Lead cross-functional safety initiatives across Legal, Anti-Fraud, Product, BI, and Ops.
Own and automate the Safety Incident Management Platform (SIMP) for cross-team use.
Build insurance program and Organized-Crime Detection framework with Legal.
Localize the program across markets; adapt to local regulations.
Use data analytics to detect fraud and monitor scams with BI.
Translate fraud strategies into CX/Platform/Driver workflows (facial recognition, bans).

🎯 Requirements

6–10 years in Ops Safety, Trust & Safety, Risk, or Asset Protection.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Risk Mgmt or related field.
Strong PM skills; proven track record building/localizing frameworks.
Data analytics with BI dashboards to track risk.
English and Chinese fluency.
Insurance/claims in digital platforms; anti-fraud and identity verification; ISO; incident response.
