• Oversee day-to-day ops for multiple teams across caregiver/client lifecycle.
• Document and maintain SOPs and training to ensure compliance and growth.
• Improve care quality and operations via data and continuous improvement.
• Hire, onboard, train staff to ensure readiness and retention.
• Ensure compliance: training records, certifications, Colorado laws.
• Monitor KPIs and trends to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Lead onsite presence at Denver office; foster positive culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration or related field.
• 2+ years in operations leadership; manage 20+ employees.
• Ability to travel daily to Denver, CO.
• Strategic thinker; turn strategy into tangible results.
