Coordinate day-to-day logistics within the ISC region to move shipments end-to-end
Drive on-time performance and deliver high-quality customer experience
Collaborate with peers and supervisors to problem solve and improve processes
Execute end-to-end movement of freight within a regional network
Work with ocean carriers, cartage partners, customs, and warehouses
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of global forwarding or related work experience
4+ years in Ocean Freight, import compliance, or Warehousing is encouraged
Growth mindset and continuous improvement
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office or Google apps
