🎯 Requirements

- Proven onboarding, data migration, or implementations experience in fund administration or fintech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a hyper-growth startup environment.
- Experience with fund-level accounting and reporting for complex fund structures.
