  • 4+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital, and/or real estate funds.
  • Proven onboarding, data migration, or implementations experience in fund administration or fintech.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Ability to independently identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Experience with fund-level accounting and reporting for complex fund structures.
