๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Manage end-to-end AR and AP processes, including aging analysis and reconciliations
  • Perform monthly bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations
  • Use ZOHO Books for day-to-day accounting, reporting, and process automation
  • Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings; assist in year-end audit prep
  • Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports for management review

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Semi-Qualified CA (Inter CA cleared)
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Prior CA firm exposure or multi-client accounting/audit experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience with ZOHO Books or the ZOHO Finance Suite
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling)
  • Strong understanding of AR/AP cycles, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance
