- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Manage end-to-end AR and AP processes, including aging analysis and reconciliations
- Perform monthly bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations
- Use ZOHO Books for day-to-day accounting, reporting, and process automation
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings; assist in year-end audit prep
- Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports for management review
๐ฏ Requirements
- Semi-Qualified CA (Inter CA cleared)
- 3-5 years of practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Prior CA firm exposure or multi-client accounting/audit experience a plus
- Hands-on experience with ZOHO Books or the ZOHO Finance Suite
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of AR/AP cycles, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance
