Execute end-to-end air shipments
Coordinate bookings with shipper/consignee/agent per SOP
Input Mawb/Hawbs; file AMS/EDI as required; ensure data accuracy
Invoicing and verify sub-contractor invoices on time
Collaborate with account managers and customs teams; ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and SOPs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field
5+ years in air operations or freight/logistics
IATA Certification
Proficient written and spoken English
Detail‑oriented and eager to learn global ops
Customer-focused; professional communication and service
