- Assist with setup, focus, programming, and operation of lighting systems and fixtures.
- Ensure lighting cues, effects, and looks are executed accurately across performances.
- Perform daily checks, maintenance, and cleaning of fixtures, consoles, and cabling.
- Troubleshoot lighting or electrical issues quickly to minimize disruption.
- Safely rig and handle all lighting equipment; collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Adapt lighting setups for venue-specific dimensions and rigging capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of theatrical or live event lighting experience.
- Strong knowledge of intelligent fixtures, dimming, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with GrandMA lighting consoles.
- Experience with rigging, truss systems, and working at height safely.
- Touring experience preferred; able to travel domestically for extended periods.
- Must lift at least 50 lbs and work safely at height.
