  • Advise People & Compliance on ethics and employment law for US and international sites.
  • Partner with leaders on benefits, immigration, recruiting, policy, and ethics.
  • Develop/review policies to comply with state, federal, and international employment laws.
  • Educate and advise management and partners on ethics and employment issues and risks.
  • Advise on policies, training, employee relations, investigations, and reorganizations.
  • Assist Litigation/Enforcement with investigations and pre-litigation matters.

🎯 Requirements

  • J.D. or foreign equivalent and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
  • 7+ years of legal practice, including at least 3 years in employment law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical business-focused advice.
  • Ability to collaborate with partners at all levels with trust and respect.
  • Flexible, clear communication style with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • A high degree of responsiveness and ability to provide timely, quality advice.
