π― Requirements
- JD and active bar membership in good standing
- 8+ years in commercial / technology transactions with in-house time at a B2B SaaS, cloud, or developer-infrastructure company
- Product-counsel instinct; comfortable discussing product with engineers
- Proven ability to negotiate enterprise agreements at redline level with high deal volume
- Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and DPAs/security addenda
- Clear, direct communicator who translates legal/technical concepts for non-lawyers
