Own Baseten's AI regulation positioning (EU AI Act, US AI laws, NIST RMF)
Lead export/trade compliance including BIS/EAR controls and sanctions screening
Build and run privacy program: GDPR/CCPA, DPA, data-subject requests, cross-border transfers
Own governance controls for certifications — SOC 2, ISO/IEC 42001, HIPAA-ready configurations
Translate regulatory obligations into operational controls and training for eng/product/GTM
Partner with Security/GRC on regulated-data handling and risk decisions
