- Go-to-market partnership with Sales, Revenue, and Security teams.
- Strong commercial judgment on liability, indemnity, warranties, terms.
- Fluency in privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, AI, and IP provisions.
- Business-oriented communicator, able to explain risks to non-lawyers.
