📋 Description

• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, AP, and payment execution.
• Ensure MAS compliance with capital adequacy and regulatory filings.
• Safeguard client money and regulatory compliance; reduce risk.
• Lead month-end and year-end closes; produce reliable financials.
• Own the audit process; primary contact for external auditors.
• Deliver GST reporting and tax filings under financial services rules.
• Partner with product/tech in UAT to reflect Shares and CFDs.
• Validate ledger mappings for trades, fees, assets on new launches.
• Strengthen controls; identify gaps and scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong grounding in financial accounting in regulated fintech/trading.
• Knowledge of MAS capital adequacy and client money rules.
• GST experience in financial services; exempt vs taxable supplies.
