  • Oversees 2–3 maintenance techs and janitors across GLIDE properties.
  • Organizes, monitors, and supervises facility maintenance operations and staff.
  • Ensures HVAC, electrical, plumbing, waste, and janitorial systems are operational.
  • Plans, prioritizes, and supervises hands-on staff in cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Coordinates with contractors; assists in contracts, RFPs, and reports.
  • Identifies issues and cost-effective options for Glide facilities.
