📋 Description

  • Supports HR operations: Compliance, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HR Systems.
  • Partners with HR Director to implement HR strategies and ensure compliance.
  • Manages day-to-day HR ops, leads projects, and mentors team members.
  • Leads cross-functional HR projects and enterprise initiatives.
  • Provides reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Acts as liaison between HR Operations and business units.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–7 years of progressive experience in HR operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting or leading HR projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel proficiency preferred).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.
