Assistant Critical Facilities Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day data center operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure.
• Build and lead a team of technicians and engineers; manage contractors.
• Train staff on data center environments, power, and cabling.
• Manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; schedule and oversee work.
• Maintain CMMS records and generate operational reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or technical school, or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in mission-critical environments.
• Supervisory experience managing technicians and contractors.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and CMMS data.
