Maintain GAAP-based financial controls and policies
Own monthly financial reporting with variance analyses across P&L, BS, and CF
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
Primary contact for internal and external audits
Collaborate with Global Finance, Wipro Finance, and cross-functional teams on forecasting, planning, tax reporting, and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

CPA required
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
8+ years in accounting or controllership (public and private)
Experience managing GAAP financial reporting
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Bonus: SAP experience; audit, tax, and process improvement exposure
