Assistant Controller - US Region

📋 Description

• Maintain strong financial controls for GAAP-compliant statements.
• Own monthly reporting with variance analysis across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Primary contact for internal and external audit activities.
• Partner with Global Finance, Wipro Finance, and cross-functional teams on forecasting and planning.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• 8+ years in accounting or controllership (public/private)
• Experience with GAAP financial reporting
• Strong communication across stakeholders
• Bonus: Audit experience, SAP, tax reporting, process improvements
