Assistant Controller - US Region

📋 Description

• Maintain strong financial controls for GAAP-compliant reporting
• Own monthly financial reporting with variance analysis across P&L, B/S, and cash flow
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external audit activities
• Partner with Global Finance and cross-functional teams to support forecasting and tax reporting

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
• 8+ years in accounting or controllership across public and private environments
• Experience managing financial reporting processes under GAAP
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
