Build scalable revenue processes, internal controls, and SOX frameworks.
Drive improvements to revenue systems and automation with data tooling.
Mentor and develop the Revenue team across functions.

🎯 Requirements

13+ years accounting; 5+ years revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
Direct people management experience.
CPA designation and ability to interpret complex guidance for digital assets.
SOX-compliant internal controls over revenue cycles at a public company.
ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and SQL; data tooling for reporting.
Crypto familiarity (protocols, DeFi, blockchain) and cross-functional collaboration.
