- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Support month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals.
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and subledger checks.
- Review payroll entries and payroll reconciliations.
- Support monthly reporting per global deadlines and policies.
- Collaborate with Shared Services across AP, AR, Billing, Payroll.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA designation preferred or in progress.
- 3–5+ years in accounting/finance; public accounting a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Maconomy or similar.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
