Lead month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis
Manage the network's month-end reporting in line with Stagwell deadlines
Review payroll and journal entries; prepare monthly reconciliations and reports
Oversee AR/AP/Payroll operations and ensure timely postings and payments
Utilize Maconomy ERP to track initiatives and maintain projects
Own SOX compliance and support audits; enforce accounting controls

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
7+ years of related experience; public accounting and advertising a plus
5+ years Maconomy experience on all modules
Experience in service companies (preferably media/advertising)
Excellent Excel skills; strong communication
Manage a staff of 5+; Located in Latin America; Fluent in English
