Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead accounting close, internal controls, and consolidation globally.
• Own payroll, global AP, fixed assets, prepaids, and equity admin.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax providers in US and abroad.
• Lead ERP and expense-reporting system implementations and integrations.
• Work cross-functionally to update Travel and Expenses policies.
• Maintain up-to-date accounting policies and US GAAP compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.
• CPA license; strong US GAAP knowledge.
• 15+ years accounting experience, including senior mgmt.
• Experience leading offshore accounting centers or shared services.
• Experience with engaging third-party consultants for added expertise.
• Experience with M&A activities and changing entity structures.
