🎯 Requirements

- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in growth environments
- Deep expertise in US GAAP with complex accounting judgment
- Experience using AI tools for research, reporting, or automation
- Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects under ambiguity
