Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day accounting ops: A/P, Payroll, GL, intercompany.
• Oversee financial close, analysis, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure GAAP, SEC compliance and internal controls.
• Improve month-end close and automate processes.
• Use Netsuite and integrations (Concur, HRIS, banking) to scale.
• Develop policies and mentor staff; partner with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA with 8+ years post-qualification accounting in tech or public accounting.
• Strong US GAAP and SEC Reporting knowledge; IPO and SOX experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving, initiative, and ability to influence peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills.
• Experience building processes and teams in a fast-growing, agile business.
• Ability to work with remote and international teams.
