Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead clinic operations; manage RN, LVN, and MA staff.
• Oversee chronic and acute participant care to meet needs.
• Coordinate transitions of care with Complex Care team.
• Develop workforce plans; ensure staffing aligned with participant needs.
• Participate in direct participant care within RN scope.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor staff; adapt to business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• RN license unencumbered; BSN preferred.
• Two years nursing experience with frail/elderly population.
• One year supervisory experience; mentoring staff preferred.
• One year case management or care coordination experience preferred.
• Experience leading in a data-driven org; use reports to prioritize.
• Willing to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Outpatient/clinical experience preferred.
