🎯 Requirements
- RN license required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience with frail/elderly
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year case management or care coordination experience
- Experience leading in a data-driven organization
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime
