Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager

📋 Description

• Lead RN/LVN/MA teams; ensure role clarity and proper training.
• Oversee clinic operations; address chronic/acute needs; coordinate post-discharge with Complex Care.
• Develop and enforce workforce plans; ensure staffing aligned with participant needs.
• Participate in direct participant care within RN scope.
• Intervene with participants and families; resolve care delivery concerns.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; active RN license; BSN preferred.
• 5+ years nursing experience with frail/elderly population preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience; mentorship skills preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication with seniors and teams.
• Data-driven experience; use reports to prioritize and manage.
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• CPR and First Aid required within 180 days; certification preferred at hire.
