🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with an unencumbered RN license; BSN preferred.
- Five years nursing experience in a clinical setting with frail/elderly population preferred.
- Two years supervisory experience; demonstrated mentoring ability.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication with seniors and teams.
- Experience leading in a data-driven organization; using reports to prioritize.
- Willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, overtime.
