🎯 Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility or willingness to enter the industry
- Desire to obtain ECT credentials
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet state/federal guidelines for education, immunizations, and health & safety training
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday; no nights or weekends
