🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in Early Childhood Education.
• Willing to achieve CO Shines level 3 and Director Certification.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to meet state and Early Learning guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
