Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of scenic, stage, and automation elements.
Run show tracks during performances, including onstage and backstage cues.
Cross-train to support Lighting, Video, Props, Wardrobe as needed.
Maintain and check scenic and automation equipment for safety.
Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and replenishment of consumables.
Support setup of truss, soft goods, platforms, and flown elements.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years in theatrical carpentry, rigging, or live production.
Experience with scenic, mechanical, or automation systems.
Basic knowledge of rigging, truss, and stage construction.
Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and stage hardware.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and cue sheets.
Touring experience and ability to travel domestically for extended periods.
