🎯 Requirements
- Associates Degree or higher preferred, or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year progressive Assistant Buyer experience; travel up to 20%
- Product Development or Merchandising knowledge helpful; knowledge of product life cycle
- Availability to attend conventions/events to stay on current trends
- Strong knowledge of pop culture and fashion trends
- Deep analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Team player with a positive attitude; collaborative startup mindset
