  • Oversee daily financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
  • Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching the teller team.
  • Manage branch operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.

  • Engage clients with proactive Banner Way discussions and tailored solutions.
  • Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 6+ years of retail banking experience required.
  • Supervisory/management experience leading a project or team.
  • NMLS registration preferred.
  • Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
  • Knowledge of retail banking products, policies, procedures, and systems.
