Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching teller team.
Follow and reinforce policies to minimize risk and support audits.
Engage clients in proactive financial conversations using the Banner Way.
Present tailored recommendations aligned with client needs and goals.
Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (Required).
6+ years of retail banking experience (Required).
Experience in supervisory/management role leading a project, process, or team (Required).
Equivalent education and experience in lieu of a degree.
