  • Oversee daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments).
  • Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching tellers.
  • Follow policies to minimize risk and support audits.
  • Engage clients with Banner Way to discuss financial needs.
  • Present tailored recommendations aligned with client goals.
  • Act as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • 6+ years of retail banking experience.
  • Supervisory/management experience leading a project, process, or team.
  • Equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Extensive knowledge of retail banking products, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Experience with consumer and QuickStep lending.
