🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- 6+ years of retail banking experience.
- Supervisory/management experience leading a project, process, or team.
- Equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Extensive knowledge of retail banking products, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Experience with consumer and QuickStep lending.
