Assistant Branch Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee routine financial transactions (checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
• Lead sales, operations, and client service; manage teller team and branch ops.
• Assist with tasks and ensure timely completion; follow policies to minimize risk.
• Discuss clients' financial needs and present Banner Way solutions.
• Present tailored solutions and refer clients to other bank specialists.
• Maintain knowledge of operational processes and ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
• NMLS registration preferred.
• 4+ years of retail banking experience required.
• 0–2 years in a supervisory/management role leading a project, process or team.
• Extensive knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, docs and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
