Assistant Branch Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments).
• Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching teller team.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Reinforce policies to minimize risk and support audits.
• Engage clients using Banner Way and provide tailored recommendations.
• Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ years retail banking experience required.
• Supervisory/management experience leading a project or team required.
• Equivalent education/experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive knowledge of retail banking products, policies, and systems.
• Experience with consumer and QuickStep lending.
