🎯 Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- 6+ years of retail banking experience (Required)
- Supervisory/management experience leading a project or team (Required)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree
- Extensive knowledge of retail banking products, policies, and systems
- Experience with consumer and QuickStep lending
