  • Oversee daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments)
  • Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching teller team
  • Follow and reinforce policies to minimize risk and support audits
  • Engage clients in proactive financial conversations using Banner Way
  • Present tailored recommendations aligned with clients' needs and goals
  • Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager

🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
  • 6+ years of retail banking experience (Required)
  • Supervisory/management experience leading a project or team (Required)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree
  • Extensive knowledge of retail banking products, policies, and systems
  • Experience with consumer and QuickStep lending
