Oversee daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, checks, loan payments).
Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching teller team.
Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Enforce policies to minimize risk and strengthen audit results.
Engage clients with proactive conversations and present tailored recommendations.
Act as acting manager in the absence of the Branch Manager.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
6+ years of retail banking experience required.
Supervisory/management experience leading a project, process, or team required.
Equivalent education/experience considered in lieu of a degree.
