  • Oversee daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments).
  • Lead sales, operations, and client service; coach teller team.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operational tasks.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required).
  • 6+ years of retail banking experience (Required).
  • Supervisory/management experience leading a project or team (Required).
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
