Use data and strategy to achieve the company shrinkage goal in your assigned store(s).
Partner with the store team to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies.
Conduct thorough investigations into theft, fraud, and other loss-related activities.
Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor store activities and address safety concerns.
Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence to support investigations.
Collaborate with management to implement loss prevention policies aligned with ALO’s brand.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations
Ability to travel to sanctuaries within market
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with surveillance systems, investigations tools, RFID/Shopify
